Hi there

I'm Sarah. 31 years old and mother of a lovely 17 month old girl.

I've started kind of following SW since 21 January this year and have lost 12lbs so far. I've STS for the last week though which is frustrating!

Hi Sarah welcome to the forum. Well done on ur brilliant loss. STS can be painful especially when u know you have followed the plan. Don't be discouraged. Good luck.
