Go into it expecting to suceed, try to clear the decks for 3 or 4 days to give yourself the best chance of getting into ketosis with as little pain as possible - by that I mean don't take anything on that is tiring or stressful if you can avoid it. If people are eating around your make yourself scarce - lots of baths/early nights and posting on here! Good luck chick, you CAN do this! x
