Started my weight watchers diet yesterday and am determined to get back down to 11 stone. Previously lost 2 and a half stone, kept it off for three years and have managed to put it all back on and more in the last year due to bad influences around me and a stressful year. Determined to be happy with my weight again and hope this forum can keep me motivated!
