I've decided to keep this diary on here as a little bit of extra incentive to keep me going.I lost a lot of weight using JUDDD a few years ago, but over the last 18 months or so it has crept back on and i am back where i started. I've been messing about trying different diets, giving up, thinking whats the point, starting again etc. All the while getting heavier and heavier. Then, two days ago my children ( age 4 and 5) were playing with one of the neighbours kids when i heard him say to them 'your mummy is fat, her name is pig'. Although i was quite upset i know he is a child and doesnt realise the effect his words have. But it made me think my kids are getting to the age where they will notice these things and the thought of me being a reason for them being teased is the greatest incentive i could have for change. So I decided no more messing about, choose an weight loss plan and stick with it - i know JUDDD has worked for me in the past, so here I am.I started yesterday with a Down Day. I went to the gym after dropping my children at nursery, before I started work.I did 20 mins cardio followed by 30 mins weightbearing/kettlebells routine. For breakfast I had a diet protein shake 90 Cals (not nice but good after weights work out)Lunch was cold pasta, carrot battons and strawberries, all weighe dout to give total 160 Cals.Leaving me 250 Cals for tea, I had omlette with cherry tomatoes and spinach.I can honestly say I didnt feel hungry all day and I woke up this morning feeling happy and positive. (and looking forward to an upday)I am working late this evening so have brought all my meals to work with me.breakfast is multigrain porridgelunch is new potatoes, chicken breast, broccoli and gravytea is salad with tuna, cottage cheese and ham.for snack i have yogurt, fruit and an alpen light bar.I am going to try to stick to 1800 calories on a up day. I remember from last time I did struggle more with up days, keeping them under control!! But plenty of low cal and healthy snacks should see me through
