Doing 6-6

Been reading that some of you do your days from 6-6 or similar. How do you find that works for you?? Do you still lose weight?
 
I do 8-8 due to my shift work and I find it's working for me 2lb down this week x
 
Do you think it makes a difference that the hours your body is down on calories though is shorter? In theory I might stop eating at 7pm on an up day and then only have 500 calories for next 36 hrs, ie 7am whereas if I do 6-6 the 500 cake is consumed over a 24hr period.

Or am I over analysing it? Thanks for responses so far!

Fasting for twenty four hours is adequate, once you start increasing the time it plays about with the way the body burns or stores fat. If you fast too long you might find yourself going in to starvation mode and nice lean tissue being burned off instead of unwanted fat x
