Looking for advice, I did LL for 3 months n lost 2 n half st. Due to unemployment I had to stop as couldn't afford to do it. Unfortunately I've regained most of weight. I would like to start again once I have a job however I am now shedding loads of hair. It's now half the thickness it was. My question is if I do LL again I know the re growth will stop, so when I start introducing food my hair will start to shed again? I'm gonna be bald at this rate!!! Any suggestions?
