TOOTHPASTE & MOUTHWASH

Hi Guys,

Me again, sorry to be a nuisance but have a million questions and I find you guys more helpful than my pharmacist. I have been using baking soda to brush my teeth after brushing with toothpaste because the toothpaste alone does not get all the film off from the shakes. Do you think this makes any difference?

I have also been using colgate fluriguard as my mouthwash. The LT site recommends original listerine but again do you think this will make any difference?

I can't see toothpaste and mouthwash making a difference? You don't swallow it?

I use ASDA's own brand toothpaste mainly and that mouthwash you have to shake until the colours mix (I forget the name).

Never stopped me losing weight (I don't think!)

I asked my Pharmacist about mouth wash and he said it didnt really matter which you use because you dont drink it so its like tooth paste use whichever brand you like hope this helps.

Thanks its just that I read somewhere that mouthwash should be listerine original and I have a different one. Makes sense that anyone should do but not sure. Thanks again
