Water!

I have a question. I am taking my tfr with 400mls of water. On top of that I'm drinking 2 litres. The lady in the chemist said to drink as much as possible! Am I jeopardising my weight loss by only drinking the 2 litres? Help needed. How did water intake affect your weight loss???
 
I take my shakes with 500ml of water and drink up to 3.5 litres of water per day if that helps?

Thanks hez. It is bloody hard but soooo worth it. There are times I see the wife/kids having tea and nearly cry but then I have my shake/water and say to myself "here goes another 1lb off" and keep focused on what I'm going to lose.

If you are struggling with the water, a tip I was told was to buy one of those 1ltr bottles of evian or whatever with the funny tops and sip it though the morning, refill it and sip it through the afternoon and that way it doesn't fell you're chugging cup after cup of water.

Try fizzy water - for me I can't face more than a pint or two or still water.

With the fizzy water I can pretend it's something a little more exotic hehe.
 
The shakes should be made with 240mls not 4 or 500mls?? Also, 2-4 litres is ideal of water on top of ur shakes and coffee/tea.
 
I make them with 400ml as the 250ml makes them thick, I don't think I could drink them!
 
Thanks for the tips. I'm getting a bit better with the water. I wouldn't say me & it are best friends yet! Lol
 
You can make the shakes with more or less water as you fancy. I used to make them with hardly any water and freeze them to have 'icecream' in the summer. :)
 
Hi curly - I'm on the bloke's lipotrim (being a bloke and all that :D ) - and that get's mixed with about 400/450ml.

Hi and - good shout about fizzy water.
 
Your doing good with your weight loss sbh. How do you find the diet?
