i dont know whats stopping me i have a lovely meal planned for my dinner tonight fish and veg
but seem to be apprehensive about eating the bar.
has anyone experienced this
i dont know why im so apprehensive about eating again (well i do obvs im nervous im going to get massive again) but i dont think its that.
can anyone help or advise?:(

Hello Live, I cannot offer much advice on refeed as I haven't done it yet but I can imagine it's very hard eating again, I bet it feels as though you are cheating after doing LT? Well you aren't cheating and this is your next path :) you'll do fabulous on refeed I just know it!

Hon sorry you feel like this. I do remember feeling a but unsure first time and I think it was the fact that I knew that the journey wasn't over it had just changed. You'll be fine though!!

Hi, how are you getting on?

It's a big transition back to food and i actually enjoyed refeeding and lost weight on it... you will be fine :)

Hey ladies,
so the update is I started a new job and refeeding in the same week hahaaha nothings ever simple is it! :)
refeeding is going okay im still a bit apprehensive about food i think its because i spent so long on TFR maybe.
I am now on day 4 of my refeed i still get confused about stuff , like having two baked (sweet) potatos in a day...
my meals are simple and small and i get full soooooo fast.
my day goes like this:
shake (even though their not really shakes) in the morning (they are manky but i water them down majorly)
salad and turkey for lunch (and some leftover sweet potato your supposed to have a full one put its not humanly possible)
spinach and mangetout two spoons and a salmon fillet baked in the oven (delish!)

im struggling with the water but i figure it will take a while to get used to food and water :-(

ill keep ye posted on my weigh in on saturday (already feel like ive gained weight but my diet is under 700 calories a day so i think that could be my brain or bloating i might lose it if i gain weight)

Thanks so much for everything ladies! xxx

Ah that's great to hear... Definitely keep us posted x

down two pounds in my refeed!!!
delighted feel a bit fatter but i know thats a mental thing...
rewarded myself by chopping ALL my hair off went from kardashian type long hair to a really short bob! i miss my long hair but it was time, like the weight, to go.
going to stick with the refeeding meal plan for a while and slowly introduce herbs and stuff so will report back!

hey guys sorry my new job is MENTAL! im doing good, went away for the weekend with my family some of whom havnt seen me since I was 17 odd stone, needless to say seeing me 13 odd stone was a bit of an adjustment for them.
I WAS IN LOVE WITH MYSELF ALL WEEKEND hahahahaa
yes the compliments are great but for me its being able to keep up with my family, they are very. WE are very active and I ran 6.9 km Saturday morning went up a mountain called mount Brandon Sunday, I did worry a bit about food and would I be able to enjoy myself but my mom was very good she cooked fish and lovely stuff so no one knew they were eating "my diet" as opposed to the other stuff they would be eating.
Weigh ins: so my first reefed week I lost two pounds, then things went a bit funny, I wasn't able to make my normal Saturday morning weigh in because I was going away for the weekend so I has to change it to Thursday evening (nightmare) I weighed in and gained a pound, panic stations, now obviously I know that your body is going to weigh differently while empty on a Saturday morning than it is a 6pm at night after three meals but I was gutted,
My phramasist said that I had two options: suck it up and wait till next Saturday (the 11th and see if it had come down on my normal weigh in schedule) or weight myself Saturday morning myself, she recommended waiting so that's what im doing (while silently rocking back and forth while biting my nails)
:) will update on Saturday gals! fingers toes and legs crossed!

Liv's update

well im down another 3 pounds in the past few weeks this whole losing weight thing is actually pretty simples, (lolz)

did my first 10k Sunday DELIGHTED with myself. defo couldnt have done that in January,

feeling good still have my tough days but i just remind myself that i worked WAY to hard to get here and im not going back.

hope you ladies are all good!

hey vv4evamine!

yeah i did feel a bit of a voyer reading other peoples posts but these ladies are incredible they got me though some really tough times.

i wasnt able to exercise on TFR, i was just about able to get though a days work let alone study in the evenings.

I am exercising now (running, man i love to run) and it was amazing doing out running with almost 4 stone less weight on my body,
i do alot of runs now i run about 15km a week and find it easy enough i also do HITT workouts because i love them! im on insta/gram if you wana see my pics my username is livedadream like on here, i find it really hard somedays and i am being super strict with my diet i figure i still have about 2 stone to go to get my to the 11/12 stone mark, if im going out for dinner (my boyfriends a chef we eat out alot) i just have two maintenance shakes or two really low calorie meals i keep my calories under 1200 each day, i can see how people put the weight back on because the hunger does come back and the issues of why i overeat still exist but i feel now that my body deserves better. i worked so hard to get the weight off that its never going back on, i might go on TFR in a few months if my weight loss keeps slowing down (i do have my no weight loss weeks and my .8 of a pound weeks too...) but only to get to the end result.

if you stay focused on your goal and never break (picking on TFR is a total no no) you will finsh not only with a reset body and mind but with the drive to keep going.

so my little update,
broke my PB (now running 5 k in 28 mins whoop whoop) in a 5K on Saturday -Darkness into Light for us Irish members- was tough getting up and running at 4am but totally worth it!
have completed toughathalon with some friends which killed my bruises had bruises! but was really fun.
planning on keeping up the running and finally feel like im back to my old self! the same but different, better, Live 2.0!

hope you guys are skill taking names and kicking fats and lifes ass!

i have had a few tough days with family and/or friends not understand how tough its been and passing comment on how eas it seemed for me to lose the weight or talking about what im eating now as if im not in the room but im learning that its not always intended in a malicious or hurtful way, (sometimes it is but that's a story for another day women are in general horrible to each other for some reason), that it comes from a place of concern and love.

as usual:
peace out fellow former fatties!
xxx
