Welcome v4evamine:welcome2::welcome2:

Well done on getting to day 3...you should go into ketosis either today or tomorrow.

Make sure you are drinking your water and having all your packs.

Good luck on your LT journey.

Thanks Mini

Ive been drinking nearly 4Ls a day i hope that is an ok amount!
Is there anything else other then willpower and determination to help with my lt journey? A friend suggested fibre clear? Also breath freshening strips? Any other suggestions? X

I found fibreclear utterly rubbish! I found psyllium husk (fibre) far better along with dulcoease (poo softener).

Thanks so much for the advice, will i need to buy some straight away? Sorry probably silly questions here i just want to be prepared for everything lol! X

I'd start now. I found out the hard way and that's not nice... Hard, dry poo is very, very painful :(

I keep seeing things about exersizing on here but i thought you werent ment to exersize while on LT ? What are your thoughts?

Thanks again for your help much appreciated!

Exercise? What's that :p

Well... new report out says that diet is the main factor in weight loss and not exercise.

Also LT advise you not to as you're on so few calories.

Hi v4evamine! :)

Your thread title caught my eye as you say you want to lose 7st and that's how much I lost when I first did Lipotrim in 2008. I kept it off until pregnancy, came back and lost it again (plus a little extra) and now I'm back for a third time to lose the weight after my second pregnancy. I've just come back to the forum and I'm on day five at the moment.

I just wanted to reassure you that you can get there to lose your 7st as I've done it! :)

Did you start on Monday, the same as me? I'm really looking forward to my first weigh-in. Good luck for yours! Let us know.

I did start on monday! Thanks very much for your reply loving the positive encouragement! How long did ut take you to loose the 7st ? X

Thanks v much for your reply! Excellent no exercize for me lol woop woop x

It took me about six months to lose the 7 stone. It's the best thing I ever did (apart from getting married and having my two girls of course)! :)

Thats pretty good going! Well done you!i put all my weight on during pregnancy and then just kept eating lol congratulations on your marriage and lil ones. My lil boy has just turned 3 so im not going to pretend mines baby weight lol, just cake lol!

Can remember where i saw the monday weigh in group thread, can u direct me? Lol x

Thank you. :)

It took me quite a while to get around to starting to lose my pregnancy weight after having my first little girl (now 4 years old), but this time I've got around to it a bit sooner as my tiny girl is only five months old.

Wow go you! I just kept eating lol! But the tide has turned time to shift the weight! How are you finding doing lt with sleepless nights etc or are you in robot mode lol x

My daughter was four in March, so that and then Easter was awful for me. Well, brilliant at the time, but way too much overindulgence! :) So I really had to get going on the weight loss thing before our holiday in early July.

Luckily both our girls slept through the night from six weeks old, so sleepless nights isn't a problem. :) Both mine and my husband's parents wondered how on earth that happened when we were so terrible at going to bed and sleeping, apparently.

How about you? How are you finding running around after a three year old on 425 calories a day? :D
