Hi, is there anyone struggling to start lipotrim.believe me it's hard but so worth it. Not only have I lost two and a half stone, but my health has so greatly improved. No more migraines or ibs my fractured ankle is good,I can exercise. The benefits so out way anything else. The only drawback for me is going it alone.my family are supportive.but it would be nice to go to a group meeting to air views etc.

Hi Melissa eka! :) Well done for doing so well. It's so lovely to feel more healthy, isn't it? I'm feeling so much happier too. It would be nice to meet up with others. I did Slimming World a long time ago and it was nice to meet in a group - it did help.

Thankfully my husband is doing Lipotrim too, can't imagine how difficult it would be to do this diet when the rest of the household are eating. We have a great pharmacist who likes to have a nice long chat at our weekly check up, do you find that yours is helpful?

OrangeBorange, how's your husband getting on with Lipotrim?

We're currently on exactly the same loss, 28lb each in 30 days. I think he'll have to stop soon though as he's very near his target weight. I still have loads to go and am well into it so I know there's no way I'll break the diet when he stops, but it'll definitely be more difficult. I think we're only losing at the same rate because I've got much more to lose, plus I do 10,000 steps a day taking the baby out whilst he has a sedentary office job and doesn't exercise. How are you doing? Bank holidays are tough!

Aww, well done both! :) It'd be lovely to have someone to do it with, but my husband can eat whatever he likes and put no weight on. I hope our daughters take after him rather than me. Yeah, weekends and especially bank holidays are worse, but I'm still going strong. I'm over half-way time-wise now, so I'm feeling good about it.
