Weekly Weigh In (First Week) + Diary

Hiya all,

I'd just like to make a note right here that I'm combining both weight in's and a diary in one, since i'll contain some information what lead to X, Y and Z and so on, so it's easier for us both that's all in one place, eh? :) So let's begin! (This might be very big so don't hate me too much, kay?)

Start Weight: 15 st 4 lb

Weigh In Week 1: 8 pounds lost.

Weight After Weigh In: 14 st 10 lb

Thoughts: To be honest with you I hated it with a passion, plus the death-shake experience quite interesting almost like a nuclear bomb hitting your stomach every morning. Apart from that it was been.. easy. I have dieted for 9 months so eating nothing was a walk in the park, the only thing I hated is my mom and dad cooking nice food so yea smell drives you insane but then I'd have some delicious death-shake to make me feel better. Overall a somewhat easy week. I'd like to add I didn't suffer from headaches, tiredness, lack of energy, sleep problems etc.. I just drank the 2 liters that I was told and it was all good.

Back Log and History.

Who Am I? My name is Aaren-James, or AJ for short, 18 years old and I come from Britain (yes the land of tea, tea, rain, raining tea and tea. Did I mention that it rains a lot and we like tea?). I'm a quiet person who typical keeps to

himself and I generally don't threaten or be nasty to others, you can consider me a big care bear, where I'll be more likely to give you a hug then anything else. I'm a friendly, open and kind person who strives on helping family and

friends with problems. I also try to be there and provide advise when others can't. I enjoy going out places, and seeing nature such as forests, animals and water - I find it extremely beautiful and would love to one day work in a

charity that involves nature restoration. I have some hobbies which include Badminton, walking, exercising, weight training, movies, TV series, collecting random stuff (very rarely) and gaming. I'm a bit of a loner where I'm from since

the average person is as sane as the local mental asylum, and that's just being nice. Overall, a nice person and a romantic person (which nobody ever see's since I don't show it) :D

Here I'm going to add history about myself for example I think (personally) a history of what lead me to my weight gain, problems and support. Perhaps those that read this will be able to relate in different ways, and as for others it's always nice to know a bit of an in-depth history of them since sharing is caring :D. (It's going to be pretty long, and I'm not looking for sympathy or looking for attention I will just talk about everything that happened) :)

- I'm going to add the history soon, today or tomorrow or a bit later. I need to structure how I want it to look and what to say, so bear with me folks :). I'd love to hear from you all or talk about anything to be honest :).
