My Lipotrim Journey Starts Here!

It's been five years since I lost seven stone on Lipotrim and I have gained six of it back on and I have struggled to lose the weight over and over again on various diets without much success, even tried to get back on Lipotrim a few times and had to come off it as I felt unwell, not sure why just hope it doesn't happen this time...I honestly never thought I would attempt to do Lipotrim again but out of frustration of losing and gaining the same few pounds over and and over again and not making any real headway I am now back as of today to give Lipotrim another go...what I like about Lipotrim is that it removes all food out of the equation and it means I don't have to obsess about what I am going to eat or worry about going over my points or count calories...I feel I need a break away from all that.

Today is going very well...I know it is only the first day and I am filled with motivation and on a bit of a high to be back on Lipotrim and I do feel my head is once again in the right place to give Lipotrim my all...even so there is a little bit of apprehensiveness at the back of my mind wondering can I really do this tough diet once again and finally get to goal and stay there. All I know for sure is at this moment in time I am fully committed to following TFR 100%.

Day 1 done and dusted and I am very happy it has gone so well. I am not usually tired this early in the evening as I am a bit of a night owl but I am falling asleep so off to bed now:4633:

Wow. Firstly well done on previously losing 7 stones with Lipo. This means you KNOW you can do it. I agree there is a bit of a buzz starting this diet...perhaps its the notion of that first weeks epic loss :)

Well done getting through day one! Great start.

I wish you all the best with your journey.

My own experience is I have reached week 7 with one blip. Possibly to be a second as Im finding it difficult at the moment....but they are cravings I am hoping to beat. I started at 13 11 and am currently 11 13 (according to my scales at home).

Thanks Ava for the welcome and good wishes:)

Yes I know it is possible for me to lose 7stone but whether I can stick to it again for such a long time is hard to say but I hope so. Day 2 done...just another 211 days to go that will bring me up to Christmas and I am hoping to have 61/2 stone off by then.

Well done on reaching 7 weeks with only one blip and your weight loss is very good for 7 weeks...if you can hang in there as you are doing so well ...the weight can be slow some weeks but following a slow week you normally have a good one to make up for it.

Thank you Traycee!

My weight loss the last time averaged out about a stone a month...I am impressed you have lost 4st 2 1/2lb in 10 weeks what height are you? Are you exercising/walking?

Day 2 went well...getting into the routine of drinking my water and having my shakes...no hunger or cravings. I had a bit of a headache in the evening...the only other thing is that I am running to the loo a lot caused by all the water I am drinking and my glycogen store emptying and dumping its store of water.

Hi mini and congrats on getting to day three xx I'm 5"6 and do lots of walking I'm very active at home with my kids too I'm known as the mummy who don't sit still hehe xx

Have a wonderful first week mini xx

Ava you've done great. I lost 7lbs in the first week and this week I've had a blip. I feel like my motivation went from a 10/10 to a 5/10. Hopefully I can lose at least another 5lbs this week

You did it before so Im sure you will have the detrmination to succeed again lady.

Thank you. Unfortunately i had the wee blip but persevered and starting to feel much better for it. Yes your right unfortunately abt slow weeks (i only lost 1 measly pound last week somehow) but perhaps this week will make up for it alright.

Keep up the fab work

I am 5' 3" and I have noticed that women in general who are 5' 6" plus tend to lose quicker and being active helps...I am slowly working up my fitness level...thank you for your wishes, they seem to be working as the last three days have gone pretty smoothly.

Good luck, great start. You can do it! I'm starting at the weekend so hope to be as motivated as you.

It is annoying when it happens and it is easy to lose focus on just how well you have done...so try not to let it get you down...those big losses are so addictive but the little ones count as well and I hope this little poem below puts a smile on your face...you might of come across it on the forum before:)

Only One Pound

Hello, do you know me?
If you don't you should. I'm a pound of fat, and I'm the happiest pound of fat that you would ever want to meet. Want to know why?

It's because no one ever wants to lose me; I'm Only One Pound, just a pound. Everyone wants to lose three pounds, five pounds or fifteen pounds, but never only one, so I just stick around and happily keep you fat.

Then I add to myself ever so slyly so that you never seem to notice it, that is until I've grown to ten, twenty or even more pounds in weight. Yes, it's fun being Only One Pound of fat, left to do as I please.

So, when you weigh in, keep right on saying "Oh, I only lost one pound." (as if that were such a terrible thing!)

For you see, if you do this you'll encourage others to keep me around because they will think I'm not worth losing. And I love being around you - your arms, your legs, your chin, your hips and every part of you. Happy Days!!

After all, I'm Only One Pound of fat!!!

You are sooo right Mini. Suppose the little losses all add up to . LOVE your wee poem. That definitely got a smile out of me. Thanks :)

How are you finding today chick?

Day 4

Feeling good all day, had a very nice walk and then later on in the evening my throat got very sore and I feel a bit rough, hopefully it is just one of those 24 hour bugs.

Day 5 was yesterday and my sore throat still lingered but felt really good and had a very long walk.

Day 6 today and going good...weigh in tomorrow!

31st May...Week 1: - 5.5lbs

First week done 5.5lbs off...would of liked more...so very happy I was able to stick with it.

Looking forward to my second week and my peanut flapjacks...they were low on shakes so I got them a week early:drool:

Today is my 9th Day on Lipotrim...

Yesterday was the first day I felt I wanted to eat something...I was not hungry, just missing food. I have always found weekends tough going on this type of diet as I spend most weekends out and about eating with friends and family. I backed out of a wedding I had planned to go to yesterday as I felt it would of been too much temptation so early into my diet and I feel a little guilty about husband going without me but he was fine about it as plenty of his friends were going to be there...have not heard from him how it went so I guess they had a good time:)

Diet is going well and I am over that tired feeling you get in the first week...my body has let go of water retention which I tend to suffer from and now it is a joy to look down at my feet as they look normal again...my hands and fingers have never swollen not even when I was pregnant...they have remained the smallest part of me... reminding me how small my frame is to be carrying so much weight.

Feeling optimistic I bought a few summer tops and leggings on Saturday and then the sun disappeared and it rained:sigh: and it is not a bit warm...I know my body temperature is turned down on this diet but this is ridiculous.:winter_brr:

Going to the cinema with a friend to see Maleficent... the trailer looks scary.:hide:

Didn't bother booking tickets as normally they are never booked out...was surprised just how popular it is...opted for Godzilla rather than go all the way home again...it was a lot better than I expected. Let me know Ava what you think of Maleficent:)

Ooooh shopping...a woman after my own heart. :)

I do more window shopping and day dreaming about clothes than actually buying them...but that could change had I the body to fit into the clothes I really like!

I adore the little pink dress you posted on your diary...it looks so yummy!

Thanks Ava:)

The head hunger stayed with me on and off all day yesterday...it was just one of those days so glad I didn't go to the wedding as I think I probably would of caved as I need my routine just now.
