No more binging, no more whinging, just smiled

Ever kept a diary...1st day tomorrow, so will check in and update... Here goes :)

Well here goes... Packed a bag for work... Mixer, 2 shakes, couple of bottles of sparkling water (for variety). For me, being organised (which I generally am not) reinforces to my demons that I am committed to my first day (can't think beyond today, start to wobble as have 5st to go).

I need to get to my ideal weight this year 11dst 7,which I haven't been since... Well I can't remember ever being this weight, certainly not in my adult life.

Anyway...let's go... Will keep posting...
 
350ml tap water 500ml sparkling water

Good sound start Butterfly just think day by day and it'll be fine DRINK THE WATER!!!!! The best advice given to me for my first week it takes away the pain. I've just started week 2. Good luck chuck xx
 
Aww thank you, you keep strong, chin up :). Breakfast shake done 350ml. Felt wobbly before, natural urge to go in shop and binge :(
