Hi all,

After years of yo-yo dieting, I have decided not to follow any specific diet but to exercise a few times a week and eat healthy. Two years ago I was on a diet ( meal replacement), I lost 3 stone in 3.5 months. Fast forward two years later, I have put back on all the weight plus 1 more :(. I am at my heaviest at 18.6stone. I am 5'6 ft which puts me in the obese category. I am struggling with a lot of things and I really need to loose the weight. Slow but surely this time. I guess I just couldn't keep the weight off and just didn't really bother. I need motivation and being on these forums would help me stay focused. Your support is greatly appreciated. We are all on a weight loss journey no matter what diet/ programme we are following. Good luck to all.

hi bee32 im just calorie counting and walking (have not done the walking for 3 weeks though)

but i like cc because it learns me portion control and i likr doing my leslie sansone walking dvds there really good

Hiya Chezz,

I started off with just eating healthily and exercise but my best friend advised I join sw and it's going ok. Will let you know how it's going after a week.

I also do Taebo 3 times a week. Used to do 4 times but not having enough time. Good luck with yours and as long as we stick to whatever diet/programme we will reach our goals. :)
 
bee32 agree with you so much sometimes i feel that i want to join group but its having time and my hubby is great he is like a leader of 10 lololol

I am pleased to report a 6lb lose this week. It's been a very good week. I am really enjoying eating healthily and not missing the rubbish I tend to put in my mouth lol. I am determined to loose weight this year. :)

That's brilliant - well done! Hopefully you'll see another number first on the scales next week......17 :)
