back again need rice help

Hi starting again, but I need to know a low fat and low calorie rice

Rice as in that goes with chilli & curry etc? Rice is fine fat wise but as all carbs it isn't really low. I make cauliflower rice, boil cauliflower & put it through a potato ricer & season with salt & pepper, its not the same I can't pretend it is but I like it, its quite nutty
