Week one on Primal diet (Dr John Briffa Escape the diet trap)

Lost 6lb and I was on holiday! So drank a little but didnt touch bread which is served at every meal in portugal.

Ate lots of eggs, meat, seafood, yoghurt, berries, salad, seeds and water!!! Lots of moving too, swimming, walking, cycling, hypervibe, weights, HIT training

Now lost 10lbs not quite 4 weeks yet so a good weekly average if you divide it up, enjoying the diet and appetite is less than it was!

Loving my full fat yoghurt and fruit every morning, follow by eggs and ham or bacon a few hours later!!
