    How we all doing this week? I've got a couple of tricky days ahead - wedding anniversary tomorrow (but found a nice restaurant with ok sounding salad) and MIL's 70th bday bash on Saturday, though doubt the caterer would have done anything vegan anyway, so will probably eat before I go!

    I usually seem to use mine up in the mornings either with oats, toast or pecan nuts sprinkled on my fruit & soy yogurt. Occasionally I'll save one for the evening to have as a slice of garlic bread if I'm doing pasta.

    I weigh in on a Monday too, fresh start to the week and I plan all my meals the Sunday before :)

    I find it great with SW, the main thing you need to switch are fry light instead of oil, you maybe have to syn the odd tbsp of wine which is negligible when divided by 4 people or curry paste, and hex can be used in others, everything I've ever tried from it has been yummyness on a plate...

    Alcohol Problem?

    I can completely relate to this thread, I would continually save up all my syns for alcohol, but I seem to have kicked the urge now. I used to have a drink every night, but have managed to not drink if I'm working the next day. I now save syns to treat myself to a bottle of wine at the weekend...

    The Forks Over Knives Cookbook is really good too, got some great recipes for 'mayo' and sour cream made from silken tofu! Also quinoa is good as a free oat substitute in porridge, it means I get to use a hexb on pecan nuts to put in it instead of using it on the oats, yum! So good to hear sw...

    Just started yesterday! Had Prawns stir-fryed with a load of green veggies & soya sauce yum! Miso soup at lunch and started the day with a poached egg and mushrooms and toms. Juddd stands for 'Johnsons up day down day' which is another fasting diet but you fast on alternate days, I tried it...
