    woohooo well done all :) 4lbs off for me this week, i have been having small losses for a couple of weeks so am VERY pleased with this one. not sure am gonna get into the 13s before wednesday though :(

    after being in ketosis for a short while is it normal for the sticks to stop being pink/purple and to be really pale? is there any other way of telling??? loss is slow, but i havent gained, and the sticks are either a very very pale pink or that neutral colour??
