Hi all I'm back for the last restart :) I I don't do it this time in know I'm never going to!!! Today is day four and I'm actually enjoying doing the diet again! My OH and the kids even had take out pizza yesterday while I sat with a bar and I was tempted to have some but I resisted :) so...

I crush a few sweeteners in a bowl then add some cinnamon (completely optional) pour the porridge pack in an mix, add an egg an mix really well then add a tiny bit of water or milk to make a thick pancake batter, heat a frying pan with some fry light pour in cook flip enjoy :) xx

You could also try using the porridge pack to make a pancake :) that's what I do with them it's yummy and very filling!!! Your doing really well Hun :) xx

Just got my new order today :) so have started bk on it this afternoon! 2 shakes down and a litre of water! Only have 4 weeks left till holiday hoping to get some weight off by then and maybe a clothes size too :/ xx

Well after not losing inches for ages I seem to have lost nothing much on the scales for weeks but dropped an inch and a bit off my hips!!! According to clothes measurements I'm now in-between a 16-18! Wonder if I can get to a 14 on time for holiday lol highly doubt it xx
