    I used to be like that few yrs back when i did cambridge dont do it anymore cos if u think about it u put on weight as soon as u eat or drink something so it eventually starts to make u skip packs and stuff or thats what it did to me so....

    It's a tricky 1 cos when i first heard of exante it got delivered and i looked at the content and sacked it off due to the carb content then i saw on a review site it compared with cambridge which i did 4 years ago and lost loads and its only got maybe 1/2g more than cambridge i seem to remember...

    Daily weighing

    I do every morning too but it has to be as soon as i wake up and ive had at least 7 hours sleep if i havent i dont trust them and dont want to upset myself

    Exercise whilst on Exante

    They recommend 20 minutes a day i hope there isnt cos im just about to go back to work after a 2 month break and im an outdoor activity instructor at a scools residential site so far bit of exercise involved and im planning on doing ws while im there!

    Women - first week and star week !

    If ur talking about time of the month, then yeh probably ive always found i put on a few pounds in the build up the it disappears throughout that week plus a bit more, water rentention and all that!

    Honk for monday, yesterday and today after slipping up so much last week wounded now i know im not going to hit my mini goal of 15.8 by next friday 16.5 at the moment! :(
