    Im not a vegetarian but one of my best mates is so if we have a dinner party with the girls we always use quorn. the mince is very low fat so i made taco cupcakes out of it today and my boyfriend never even realised :-) my friend tells me the faijta strips are really tasty as well

    normally i wouldnt pick fruit either like why have an apple when you can have a bar of chocolate but i just got so sick of being fat that i needed to do it now or never do it!! im afraid that when i do get to goal i wont be able to stay there and ill just put it all back on

    try having a massive bowl of strawberries and grapes or any berries u like and cover them with a chocolate mousse they have tesco brand and they are only 2 propoints?? really really helps me!!

    its literally chicken breasts, chipotle paste (get in tesco) tin of chopped tomatoes or passata which ever u have, onions peppers and what ever veg you think would be nice. lash it all in the slow cooker or crock pot and cook till the chicken is cooked. take the chicken out and shred with a fork...

    My mad fat diary!

    I went to nandos yesterday and got 1/4 chicken (breast piece) 3 pp and regular spicy rice 7 pp and a side salad.... only 10 propoints and i was so full!!!

    I lived on redbull before i went on ww and i had to cut it out cold turkey cause i wasn't wasting 3 pp on 1 can.. I got the worst head aches for about 2 weeks but they gradually went away once my body got used to it :-) now i only get head aches when i have a red bull haha

    I'm only 5 foot and my initial goal was 10 stone. I'm nearly there and I just don't think I'll be happy so going to keep going till I get to my bmi of 25 which is 9 stone 2 pounds and see how I look and feel :-)

    U guys are lucky that u have the online tools. We only have regular classes in Ireland :-( I found it much easier in Australia as u paid for your monthly pass and it gave u all the tools online and a weekly class :-)

    Night shifts..mess up my diet!

    I work long shifts till the early hours of the morning in dominos pizza, its so hard as all I want is pizza constantly but I find if I bring loads of food with me its a lot easier. And loads and loads of fruit! :-)

    I feel you pain with the pizza.. I work in dominos pizza and get free food! I had to throw out an extra pizza we had last night cause it was just lookin at me saying "EAT ME!!" hahaha

    I made an awesome shepards pie the other day with mince onions carrots and buttenut squash with a stock pot put in it for flavour.. then instead of puttin the mash on top i had a baked potato and filled my plate with carrots it was only 11 propoints and i was so full i couldnt move :-) xxx
