    if you go for the Cravendale skimmed milk (red top) you get the taste of semi skimmed milk but use less PPs. I can't stomach skimmed milk but if i go for the filtered skimmed like cravendale its great. Tesco/Sainsburys & I think Asda all do their own filtered milk. :) xx

    I changed to wraps but these didn't help either so I have had to cut all bread products from my meals full stop. I only have pasta once per week, rice once per week & potatoes once per week, the rest of the time I have high protein meals with loads of veg & BNS. xx

    I always have some sugar free jelly made up in the fridge. Its also a good way of using up any fruit too. I chop soft fruit up & pour the jelly over the top & leave to set & all for 0PP. :) I also have carrot sticks & cucumber chopped in the fridge for snacking. :) xx
