    Check out the "what's for tea" and "what's for lunch" threads on here. Great for ideas and inspiration. Plan a few meals ahead too and get the ingredients in. If you're already hungry and just want something now you'll be more likely to reach for an old faithful. Good luck x

    Apart from wine I tend to use mine on mayo, coleslaw, chorizo/pancetta, olive oil, pittas, thins or wraps, sauces, mixes (like chilli mix or casserole mix when I'm not up for making something from scratch), nicer yoghurts like 0% danio, liberte which have 1 or 2 syns but most of the fat free...

    WW wholemeal pitta can be used for a HEX B choice. A regular size pitta is 7.5 or 4 for the mini size An large wrap is 9, standard wheat tortilla 6.5, WW wraps are 4.5

    Hoping a change will give me the kickstart I need and that giving and getting some extra support might make the difference. Love SW and got me to target after DS was born. Started to get over-familiar with it now though and keep cheating before I've even got started.
