    I am very luck too my hubby is very supportive and even offered to cook (which he can't) his food and eat it in another room. He knows I would do anything dangerous and knows that being slimmer will make me a happy and healthier person :)

    Well done getting back into ketosis. I too have tried to restart several times before and failed but somehow now I feel like my head is back in the right place and to me that is half the battle. I am actually looking forward to monday :)

    Good luck with your restart. I am in a very similar position and will be restarting on Monday. I am getting myself back in the swing on the boards and stealing lots of motivation ready for next week. Its going to be tough to start again but we can do it!

    A big thing for me would be going to theme parks with my daughter and going on anything and not worrying whether Ill fit in the chair, harness etc I really want to go in a bungee ball as well :)

    Well my first goal will be just to get through Monday on the programme. Just going to take each day at a time and know once I get into ketosis it will be so much easier. I have my ketostix ready and raring to go but won't test until the end of day 3.

    My CDC said the exact same thing. Not to freeze or microwave anything as you will lose nutrients. To be honest though I have frozen a tetra and it was blooming lovely :)

    Good luck for starting CD. I agree with everything posted. This really is a fantastic diet and you will see results quickly. My only piece of advice would be once you start don't be tempted to stray from the diet. I did spectacularly and it has been very very difficult to get back on track.

    This diet can definately effect your TOTM cycles so don't panic. They say it calms down after a couple of months whilst your body adjusts to the diet. I definately would weigh in but then I am a weigh-o-holic :)

    I am pretty sure that one plate of veg will not do much damage to your weight loss. I think it depends what veg it is as to whether its knocked you out of ketosis but even if it has get back on track and you will pop back in. Don't beat yourself up about it least you ate veg it could have...

    Well my CDC told me to do it weekly but to be honest I don't see changes each week so I think monthly would be much more motivational as you would definately see a good loss :)

    I must be one of the lucky ones as I don't have any side effects. I love having my bar every day makes me feel normal to chew something. I cut them up into as many pieces as I can and nibble for what seems ages :)

    From what I know CD is cheaper because it doesn't include the group counselling sessions you get with LL. I think the shakes etc are slightly different flavours. I think most people tend to swap for the cost.

    Definately agree with the others and sounds like something you need to speak to your GP about if you haven't already. I haven't felt dizzy since doing CD but did get stonking headaches. Found as long as I had more water these soon passed though. Good luck with your first week :)

    Sounds like you are to me. Any hint of pink means you are in ketosis I think and you don't want it to dark pink either as this means you are also dehydrated.

    Official guideline is you do it every 5th week and you have 3 shakes and a meal made up of the above every day. I know some people don't do this but carry on with just shakes but alot of people on here have recommended doing it as it can kickstart your metabolism again :)

    :) Well this thread has given me the motivation to get my booty back down the gym. Will do some gentle biking and walking on the treadmill and some light weights to get the muscles toned for when they finally make their appearance from under the flab :)
