    Hi all, I have been doing the CWP since Aug last year and lost 4 stone 3lbs so far. I am really concerned about my "loose stomach" is there any tips that you guys could give to help tone up? I have started Zumba once a week and do a gym and swim once a week but I'm actually quite anxious...

    Step2 810kcal Hair loss & excess skin questions

    I have been on the 810 since I started the CWP in aug last year. I have started to notice hair loss quite a lot. (Luckily my hair is thick) thought it was because I had started bleaching my hair. Been quite lucky it's the only side effect I've had with the diet! :-)

    Step 1 Sole Source Think I might move up to SS+ next week.......nervous!

    I do the 810cal and generally have, and lost 4stone 3lbs since Aug. I think I would of struggles to maintain the sole source without a meal!! I find it gets me through a week having that small meal, also sets you up for the maintainer steps further into your weight loss!! Good luck Hun! X

    Step 1 Sole Source 4.8lbs off in the last two weeks :(

    Over a stone in four weeks sounds good to me!! Keep at it Hun will be worth it in the end. I hit my original target in November and it seems to have taken ages to loose another stone towards my next target!! I'm sure you have probably been told lots of water!! It helps me!! :-)

    Thank you! :-) yes I have around another 2stone to loose for my next target. Just keep the scales in mind, also I found it good to set mini targets. My first one was 2 stone and down a clothes size, that helped me! :-)

    I no it's probably not the correct way to do it, sometimes if you have a "cheat day" it can kick start the kietosis! I have been on it since Aug and think I'd loose my mind if I didn't give myself a cheat day, I haven't done ss I went in at step two with a lower calories meal! Always helped me...

    The longer you do it the easier it is! Been on it since Aug 2012 lost 3stone 13lbs. My bmi gone from 48 to 37! Starting to lack a little motivation more tho, just thinking if the skinny me! :-)
