    Where the bargains are at and anything else thats useful.

    I get organic fruit and veg delivered from Riverford - quality and taste is great every time + I don't have to go to the supermarket (temptations) more than once a week for meat etc - I also get a better variety of veg than if I go to the supermarket - get all of our fruit and veg for about £24...

    Do you use sweetener or drink diet drinks regularly? READ THIS

    Like smoking, alcohol, fast food and all the other 'baddies' ;-) There is a lot of research available on the web which suggest that aspartame has negative long term effects. I have read a fair bit of it and decided to use Splenda sweetener, which contains sucralose instead of aspertame.
