    Stay positive and optimistic :) You will have your good days and bad days but know that if you have one bad meal, it's just one out of 21 from a whole week and if you have a bad day, draw a line under it when you go to bed and wake up and start again :) N x

    I'm the same! I trump like an orchestra! when I eat alot of fruit and veg (especially the usual beans and sprouts but also sweetcorn lol) I'm terrible! I fart day and night and not even silently :( luckily, my man doesn't live with me so it's not too bad.. lol! N x
