    Hi You are not alone. I would just say you need to stay focused, set yourself a target of one day at a time and the days will turn into 2/3/4 then a week, you'll see the great losses, scales going down and it will be easy again. Good luck.:)

    How-has-everyone-survived-easter- Hi Didn't have any problems and had a chocolate free weekend, other than chocolate mint shakes have no desire for anything else. Day 4 and ketosis must have set in!!

    Quorn - advice/comments

    Quorn Hi Kirsty I stick to the plain quorn fillets or pieces. If you microwave them with a little water and add lots of herbs and spices (mild curry powder is my favourite) - they taste delicious and are really filling. Hope this helps.:)
