Keep drinking the water and keep busy and occupied with other things, focus on why you are doing the plan and all the benefits it is bringing. Hang on in there it is worth it. :)
Hi 3 stones loss is fantastic - why be unhappy with that? Every pound of is a pound closer to your goal, so be really pleased, it's all going in the right direction

You are not alone. I would just say you need to stay focused, set yourself a target of one day at a time and the days will turn into 2/3/4 then a week, you'll see the great losses, scales going down and it will be easy again. Good luck.:)
I agree - people can give suggestions as how to eat poperly and this can be done during before and after weight loss, however the decision to eat properly and decide how this will work for you has to be you.

Didn't have any problems and had a chocolate free weekend, other than chocolate mint shakes have no desire for anything else. Day 4 and ketosis must have set in!!

I stick to the plain quorn fillets or pieces. If you microwave them with a little water and add lots of herbs and spices (mild curry powder is my favourite) - they taste delicious and are really filling. Hope this helps.:)
