I'm filling up on syn free chilli con carne, chicken Curries, stir fries grilled pork chops, steaks slimming world chips and salads etc... Its great. I have a tefal actifry for my chips and its amazing just throw in the chips with a spray of frylight and they come out beautiful and crispy.

Exactly that's the way you have to look at it chic. Just pick yourself up and get bk on the wagon x

Lol don't think I've ever seen size 10. Just jumped from kids sizes to a size 12. Hopefully I will see it some day lol :-)

Definitely. Off to Portugal for my hen atty end of April. Just been counting and its almost 10 weeks to go. If I can manage to lose at the same rate till then I could have two stone off :-)

Thanks ladies. Doing really well this week. Had a bad one last week as had my little nephews confirmation and between the food and drink it was awful. Been able to turn it around this week though and have lost 4lb so really happy with myself. If I can keep this up I'll get to my goal on no time...

I just bought a tefal actifty recently, its a bit expensive but the difference is unbelievable when making chips. The oven trends to dry out my slimming world chips but doesn't crisp them up but this actifry

same as a few years ago when I did it the iceland hot and spicy chicken breast steaks were really low. Now theyve gone really high in syn values
