    I would recommend MFP too. My daily calorie allowance is 1275. Remember that this is to lose weight. If someone was wanting to maintain then it would need to be approx 500 cals a day higher than that. Good Luck!

    Hi Dan, Personally I'm not a massive breakfast fan so I'll just have a banana and a yoghurt so I then have enough cals for a decent snack at about 10am. I try and keep as many calories for evening as that is where I fail and get the munches xxx

    I agree with not letting it brew for too long and def add a slice of lemon! I've been reading your diary you-ve done an amazing job! Very inspirational!     I've done WW before and this is my first time on SW (and last hopefully). I like WW, but I think I just eat crap. I would eat grapes all day so I could have a bottle of wine!     Oooooooh Im at 260 calories now. I'm allowed 500 in a day when fasting but try and keep it for a meal. However I really needed some lunch so had two ryvita thins, some philly and some grapes. I should still have cals left for stir fry veg later though.
