In the care instructions it says you have to rub your frying pan every so often with oil, heat it up till it starts sizzling and then give it a wash. I think this is how it maintains it's non stickiness. Didn't know you can buy a lid for it. That's interesting to know

Just like to add that I gave up smoking 2 years ago using patches. It lasted for 6 months but I gained 2 stone!! Stress of a new job finally made me start smoking again but I did quickly lose the 2 stone I'd gained. To me using an e cig is just like smoking so if I'm in need of a smoke I vape...

I've been drinking green tea for almost 3 years now. Can't really comment on whether or not it's helpful in losing weight. I was converted over to green tea over 3 years ago and haven't looked back. It's so much more refreshing than black tea with milk. This is how I make mine too :-)
