Thanks Liam so Far i have lost 9lbs but alot of that was due to my pharmacy weighing me 3 days early I think , They said it was to put me on a day that was best to get weekly weigh ins.

Whwn I first started I bought this product on the same day hasn't done me wrong I love how the shakes taste from it plus to only need to clean two parts so bonus a great buy and bargain really helps alot :)
