    I have the lemon and the mint chocolate crunchy bar. And then a choc mint shake. I aim for 3 litres of water a day and it seems to be working. As you said better to have 2 bars than give up. It's easier at work to grab half a bar every few hours than make a shake or soup.

    Hey mrs p take senna I find it more effective than ducolax. The first time I done cd I was terrible with that issue and on ss you don't get enough fibre hence why it happens. On ss+ your having a bit of fibre in your diet so not as bad . Hope that answers your query :)

    Hey the lat bit is always the toughest to lose no matter what diet. You have done fantastic to get this far and have to do what's best for you. If that's low cal low carb then so be it your more likely to stick with something you feel 100% about than something your doing half hearted...
