    Thanks for the support, it really does help to know other people are going through the same things! Day 2 went well apart from me trying to make a hot chocolate out of the chocolate shake-not the best tasting drink ever, im sticking to them cold from now on :eek: has anyone tried the chicken soup?

    So its 6:00am and im off to work with my shakes and shaker determined to keep up with the willpower. In my head I can see my goal weight loss of 3 stone, and im glad I've finally got my butt in gear and decided to do something about it. :)

    Just finished my first day on lipotrim, and although it was okay, I'm working two consecutive 14 hour days from tomorrow. I just hope I can stay motivated and more importantly keep up the energy for work. Looking forward to seeing the results in a few weeks though :-D
