    Also I find that planning my meals works best for me and the family. On the weekend I plan the weeks menu and then do the shopping. That way I don't get side track and I know what I am having for lunch and dinner everyday. I have found that I save money cus I only buy the stuff that I need :)...

    I find eating so many calories really hard, but staying off the scales is harder lol....But I am training myself just to do it once a week and it's really emotional when the scales don't move or there in accurate by a pound (it makes all the difference lol) xxx

    Right...I have just calculated with BMR and TDEE and that comes in at 1834 which is loads I have re-set my goals on mfp (for some strange reason it had and a lower weight for me) and set my goal to loose 1lb (was 2lb) and now I have 1520 cals per day.     I just done my BMR on mfp and it came uo with 1495 cals per day but on my when I set my goal it calculated 1200 per and an extra 300 when I exercise xxx

    YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER....I just had a cup of the options that you suggested, I had belgian choc (bought the cramel and orange ones too) I added 100ml of my soya milk just have that bit of creamyness and oh my it was a treat. That will be my daily fix now lol xxx

    Thank you I will defo be taking your advice. Drinking so much water became restrictive for me I felt I couldn't drink if I knew I had to pop out. I will also try the Options hot choc. I love a hot drink (but miss having a bicci with it) and really hate the Green Tea. xx
