    Ended up taking the yoghurt out of the freezer and just eating as it was not frozen. Just had a lean lamb and mint grill made by moi 0 syns. Had a jacket potato with it and some roasted veg (onions, tomatoes, shallots and courgette). Going to have strawberries and a squirt of light cream.

    Hi yeh drain pasta and turn heat right down the pour in 3 beaten eggs and keep stirring. The gentle heat will partially cook the egg but it will remain slightly moist.     Ok so after a rubbish weekend here is today's diary; breakfat was a banana lunch was free chilli com carne followed by a lot of grapes. late afternoon crave was a twix (14 syns) tea is going to be chicken and bacon carbonara 0 syns and I'm going to resist the marshmallow tea cakes in the cupboard.

    I just mix 3 beaten eggs into the pasta off heat and it cooks through slightly but coats the pasta so tastes creamy. Then I just add a bit if Parmesan to taste.

    Looks lovely and well done for starting. Just be careful with splitting your hex a as I believe you have done. I'm not sure it works that way so you can have half of the allowance of cheese then half the laughing cow unless you used laughing cow on your pasta?
