    It is doubtful that you will have gained 2.5lbs of fat in one week whilst following WW, it's more likely to be fluid retention. But play around with your weeklies, maybe have less this week and see what the scales say next WI.

    Yep with WW no food is off limits! If you want a chocolate bar and you've got the points for it then have it! It really does work. I've lost weight on weeks where I've had chocolate, meals out and a takeaway because I did exercise and was in my PP allowance!

    Have you tried the Lactofree Semi Skimmed milk? It comes in 1 litre cartons. To me it just tastes like regular milk. It is regular milk just with the lactose removed, it's not soya milk or anything. I have it in my porridge and tea and it tastes fine :)

    I always measure raw weight of foods. If you cook them and re-weigh they are always a bit lighter, we had this discussion a while back and I think most people weigh raw food as they feel a bit uncertain of the points if pointing when cooked.

    If you dont have the time to spend an hour cooking a jacket potato in the oven- cook it in the microwave for 4 minutes then finish off in a hot oven to get the skin crispy :)

    Hi Trina! I'm dyeing my hair again tomorrow haha, purple to match my coat :) Yeah me and Dave are good, enjoying living together :) we're thinking of moving to another flat and I've found a fantastic one but we could only go there if they kept it for us til December and not sure they will do that :(

    According to the WW message boards you can have 6pp extra when on maintenance, some of them tried 3pp extra then if they were still losing added another 3pp extra

    You can use Phily with pasta. I bought the tub of light phily- garlic and herb, and another time the chilli one. I cook my pasta and stir in the phily with some veg and it's sooooo yummy. I think the sauces are virtually the same.
