    Aspire Channel Swim

    You swim the equivalent of the length of the English Channel (22 miles) over 12 weeks. You can be sponsored for it to raise money for Aspire (spinal injury charity). In a 25m pool, it works out at 120 lengths per week or you can do it all at once (if you're that good!). There's a website xx

    Not doing so well :( To be honest, think I may have taken on too much - I'm doing a charity swim challenge and writing a dissertation for my degree as well as raising 2 kids!! Trying my best, but I migyt have to be realistic and aim for 50k this month :(

    Muller Light ice cream

    I've just made a gorgeous Turkish deight one, I mixed 2 pots of turkish delight mullerlight, 1 small pot of fromage frais and half a teaspoon of splenda together and popped it into my ice cream maker. Really creamy and no ice crystals! Gorgeous with strawberries and completely free :-)

    So pleased with myself, I drew a line under my weekend and got straight back on track as normal. Result: 3 1/2 lb loss! :D Thanks to all of you who gave me a kick up the rear. Taking one weekend at a time but feeling really positive:)

    I think swapping to any kind of herbal tea will help as you're also having less caffeine which can't hurt! I'm a big fan of Twinings camomile and honey tea, it's lovely!

    Why can't I stop faffing around?!
