There is a slimming world receipe for cheese sauce out there where you use veg stock, 1 oz cornflour, cheese and mustard. This is the one I usually do and pretty much vary the amount of cheese depending on what else I have eaten that day.
Congratulations on your loss! Stay strong, hope you find a new job it really helps when your happy in work, I used to pig out all the time at work before I changed jobs! :S
I dont really have much time in the mornings so I just have a muller light when I get to work, unfortunately this is starting to get a bit boring. Can anyone suggest an alternative thats also quick and easy?

I like your rivita idea Gemma1985. I have recently found Crackerbread is that similar syns etc to ryvita? I'm looking forward to summer when i can have salads because atm I'm just not feeling them! I tried the slimming world quiche before but got bored of it quickly.
Me and my partner have just moved back in with his parents, who sort of do slimming world but have more freedom as they are both at home for lunches. We are struggling especially during the week for red day lunches that are quick and easy.
