    Gym plan for weight loss

    I agree with above. :) Whenever I have a workout, I try to do 30 minutes cardio with 15 or 20 minutes weights (this is at home though as I can't afford a gym right now).

    How many times a week are you exercising? When I first started working out after a period of no exercise I ached all over. I found after a while my body had 'got used' to it and I didn't ache quite so much. You might just need some time to adjust.

    KFC Chicken done the SW way
