    Protein Advice Needed

    Not an expert and not on SW but I highly recommend protein, it helps with muscle repair and growth among many other things. As for the best one, there are so many different kinds! Egg based, soy based, Whey based, hemp, pea etc.. I prefer whey protein, it's cheaper than most and a good choice...

    Protein powder???

    I've found pretty good ones one ebay, the best ones to pick have around 70% or more protein per 100g and as few additives as possible like sweeteners etc I personally get concentrated grass fed hormone free whey protein but it's pretty pricey.

    Sweaty

    I have the same thing but on my face, it seems to be more from getting flustered or stressed than anything else, it's more manageable in the winter but horrible in the summer. Can't even try anti-perisperant on my face :/

    Low carbs better than low fat?

    I had read a research paper the basic idea was- dietary fat does not make you fat (Though saturated fat is still bad for arteries etc.) and that it's actually the leftover energy from carbohydrates that gets converted into fat.

    I often think I won't quite know what to do with myself once I lose the weight and even though I've lost 2 sizes already I'm still buying my old size just in case :P Either way I look forward to getting to my goal, you are a motivation and an inspiration!
