    For me yes- once I cheat I find it really really difficult to get back on plan- and I can easily gain 10-12 lbs on one/ two days off and it then takes me a week or 2 to reverse that - if I can get back onto plan.     great advice - CD say the average loss is 1 stone a month - which is between 3 and 3.5 lbs a week so you are just about on track there. The losses in the first couple of weeks are often higher and leave us disappointed when we settle into the regular weight loss pattern.
