    That's exactly what happened to me!! My metabolism sped up. It's important that she listens to her body and increases her food accordingly. It doesn't have to be by a lot. I switched what I was having. So instead of an apple I found a banana put me on until lunch for example.

    As porkscratching says the important thing is to NOT give up and 6lbs is unrealistic in just 9 days! I've had mega losses of 8lbs in a week but its not healthy. I wouldn't recommend it. I have some mega downsides to losing weight so fast!! It's important to take it steady.
