It's all been going so well then on Monday (after a couple of weeks of back ache) I was struck down by a kidney infection!! And now today I feel even worse. I'm on antibiotics but I can't exercise or particularly diet well! :( not good.

As porkscratching says the important thing is to NOT give up and 6lbs is unrealistic in just 9 days! I've had mega losses of 8lbs in a week but its not healthy. I wouldn't recommend it. I have some mega downsides to losing weight so fast!! It's important to take it steady.
