Thanks so much for the reply's i will carry on doing it at least until Monday and wont weigh myself again until then, a new update now is that i have a very bad upset stomach sorry for the over share but maybe your right and this is just my body trying to get used to it or maybe iv'e got a bug...

I started on Monday and I still havnt lost any weight is so disheartening when you can read every body else loosing half a stone plus I promise I havnt even cheated once and I have been doing exercise so what am I doing wrong I'm gutted !!

Ah brilliant thanks guys after a couple of days I have settled into having 1 mouse and 1 jelly a day so will see if it makes a difference to my weight loss x

Could somebody please tell me if I make my drink mix into a jelly is it free or do I count it as a meal replacement ? And also how many times a day can you use the mouse mix is it to be used sparingly like the drink mix or can you use it for all 3 meal replacements ? im on total solution so...

Wow muffins I gotta try this I tried making the porridge into the biscuits but they were horrid only thing that I'm really loving that works is my vanilla shake with ice and coffee blended tastes just like a Starbucks frapachino xxx

Don't think camomile is allowed as far as I know only leaf teas ! Peppermint And green tea etc

Hi I'm on day 12 and although your not ment to I weigh every morning and somedays I might be up again then loose it again the next day apparently it can be affected by water retention, exercise or your period, so hope this puts your mind at rest x

Woo hoo Week 1 10lb loss im so happy its such a motivation to keep going i know my weight loss will slow each week so im aiming for 4 lb next week ...fingers crossed thanks guys this forum has been such a support this week xxxx

Just received my 1st delivery of pasta, bars and water flavourings ...firstly peach flavour yum .....and thanks so so much for all your great tips on how to make the pasta it came out amazing although it took ages and i was famished so i can tell why a lot of people cant wait and end up drinking...
