    so i didnt weight in on week 2 because i was ill then i was naughty because i was ill but weigh in on week 3 and i lost 5.5lbs so altogether that is 12.5 lbs in 3 weeks :) im hoping to hit a stone next week!

    going through the drive thru and not ordering anything for yourself is serious dedication! If you feel like step 3 is the way forward to you then dont worry what your consultant says/thinks. your paying her remember and you know your own body alot better and know your limits. Good Luck xxx

    Sorry i dont know the answer but i was wondering how ummmm regular (lol) you are since starting the CWP? I have been twice in one week and to be honest i was surprised i managed that, thought i wouldn't go at all just on liquids! x

    i tried the original porridge today and was pleasantly surprised. i suppose because everyone said it was horrible i expected it to be alot worse :)im trying the maple and pecan one tomorrow too :) x

    Thanks everyone :) so pleased Mich, I have found it pretty easy so far, I like by having to bother with cooking or anything :) well done on your 1st weight in and good luck for your 2nd! I'm really worried I will only lose about 2lb next week and it will really unmotivate me :/ we will see...

    you have done so well, one meal off will not make a difference, enjoy it! you deserve it! you may find the scale slightly higher the next morning but if you then carry on with the plan it wont make a difference to your week overall, may help your metabolism too, especially if its a hot curry! x

    Hi guys, hope you are all doing well on the plan i pay £40 at the moment for the shakes and soups and porridge per week after week 2 i can have bars aswell (excited!! lol) I was wondering roughly how much extra it will be for 7 bars a week and 14 soups/shakes/porridges? Thanks Swangirl x

    Does weight loss slow down when reaching goal weight?

    The bigger you are the quicker the weight loss will be so as you lose weight and go up the steps your loss will slow down, but hey! A loss is a loss :) x

    Step 1 Sole Source What happens if I don't drink enough water?

    not drinking enough water wont take you out of ketosis, you will just become dehydrated and more likely to become bloated and it will hinder your weight loss. Im finding the water really hard to drink so much but just keep going! :) x

    I am not nromally a big drinker, i am lucky if i have a pint of water a day :/ since starting today i have already drank 500ml and been to the toilet 4 times already! but i suppose all this running to the toilet is good exercise :P haha
