    Eeekk...that doesn't sound so good. Sure will give it a shot! There must be some logic behind it all! Just that bit more complicated to try calculate the points what with there being 4 values instead of two like in discovery...oh well!Thanks for feedback!!!

    What a good idea! Put me down for 2.5 stone. Going to start my diet tomorrow.So my WI day can be Monday. Have put on 2 stone since Xmas. Felt so much better when I was lighter. I could do with some support I am finding dieting very hard of late!

    I cannot for the life of me find out how many points are in dried dates!I thinkfor figs 22gs is half a point. That is roughly two dried figs. Is it the same for dates???I'd really like to know as they always satisfy me if I want something sweet!:D:D

    I suppose low card is a good idea but in moderation. I try to avoid bread. I do have the odd scone but I just try steer clear from toast of any description! I swear my porridge in the morning.     I think you can have as many treats as you want provided you stay within your points allowance. However I would recommend sticking to the basic pyramid food recommendations...3 dairy servings etc and then whatever you have left over use as treats?I never use more than 4 on treats as I find they...

    Dunnes Stores have these own brand icecream called fruit sensations. They are 99cent for a pack of three! They taste just like Solero. There are two flavour - blackcurrant and lemon and another lime flavour. They are 1.5 points per ice cream! Just thought I would share my new discovery! Yum!:p
