    Stuffed peppers or onions. I had this in an italian restaurant years ago and it is lovelly. Simply cook your mince as a normal with herbs and spices to your liking...add some super speed veg for good measure and stuff inside your onion or pepper. Pop in the over for about 30-40 mins.

    Our house loves just dance. We have 1 2 3 and the junior version. We had just dance 1 for ages and both my children loved it. We decided to buy the rest for christmas and the whole family, hubby included have been sweating out since!

    What is your number 1 favourite meal

    Quick noodle lunch I use a packet of super noodles or cheap equivalent and make as instucted. Meanwhile chop up some chinese leaf, onions and peppers and stir fry onto the noddles and voila a very quick tasty lunch.

    I think that the extra calories comes from carbs being turned into sugar, its the chemical process causing the change not the density which make is more calorific....I think, :) (I wouldn't imagine there was much in it though!)

    I miss Quorn mince and sausages, it's really hard to get them here and when you find them it cost £8 for a small bag of mince or sausages :eek:. I haven't splurged out on these yet! I also miss real bacon with my cooked breakfast, the turkey stuff just doesnt cut it for me!
