    my cdc said it should come out like angel delight, didnt want to take a chance incase i didnt like it, not for 4.00 a tub and a sachet wasted. i made the banana chips yesterday...not that great but i had to eat them...very difficult though, i dont know what i did wrong but they tasted salty not...

    I would love one but its a bit too dear for me at the moment. my stepson has the wii but not the wii fit and he doesnt live with me so i cant pay for the wii fit bit and only use it when i can persuade him to bring it round...must be a way around this!!

    How much exercise are you doing?

    hi all does running up to the loo every 30-45 mins count as excersise??!!!! last night was the first night since i started the diet last week that i haven't woken up in the night needing the loo, hopefully that means my body is getting used to the amount of water i am drinking!!

    cambridge diet shakes ...

    have you got a plastic beaker with a lid? if not and if all else fails how about an empty water bottle? obviously it would have to be bigger than the amount of liquid you need for the shake? might not blend as well as you would hope but better than falling off the diet wagon? hope it works...

    I like the vanilla one wisked up really throthy then added to half cup of black coffee. I drink it relatively quickly then make another one to finish off the shake. Not quite a late but it's about as close as it gets on this diet!! good luck and try to keep with it

    I nearly ate a roast potatoe last night!!!

    i had similar temptation in my house yesterday, my husband even told the children to say that the dinner wasn't very nice!! The smell was amazing though. I went and stood on the scales and reminded myself of why I am doing this!! Well done to you for your resistance of temptation!

    hi GTpeach I'm just starting on the cambridge too. I am in the UK and I am loving(well, maybe that's a little strong, liking) the chocolate and mint sachets. And if you add a spoonfull of coffee granuals to the vanilla it doesnt taste too bad! 7lbs is 7lbs but I know what you're saying...
