    Chilli can be free. Difficult when eating out. SW would be 5% mince free. It I think depend if they used any oil or fat. My home made chilli is free. Unless it tastes fatty I would not count anything. I suppose you could add a few syns just in case, but I wouldn't Pru. Enjoy anyway. Doreen
